Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Braga. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative tasks
- Train and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the chef to maintain high-quality food standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and P&L management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.
