Senior Architect (Vilnius, Lithuania)



Our architecture firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and overseeing large-scale projects, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Oversee project teams and provide guidance and feedback to junior architects
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Review and approve all architectural plans, specifications, and materials
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget and timeline
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide junior architects
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Lithuania
- Fluency in English (Nepali language skills preferred but not required)
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel
