Senior Architect - Part Time (English Speaking)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various projects, including residential and commercial spaces. This role is ideal for someone who has excellent communication skills and is fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, with a focus on residential and commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a part-time position based in Vilnius. The salary for this role is $1200 per month.
