We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluation for the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies
- Prepare sales reports and contribute to budget planning for the department

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a competitive market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities
- Knowledge of CRM software is preferred

Salary:
1500$ monthly salary plus commission based on performance.
