Experienced Roofer in Los Angeles

We are seeking an experienced roofer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a roofer, you will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and installing various types of roofs on residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the roofing industry, strong knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques, and the ability to work at heights. This is an urgent position that requires someone who is detail-oriented, physically fit, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify any damage or issues
- Repair or replace damaged shingles, tiles, or other roofing materials
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings according to industry standards
- Ensure proper installation of flashing and other roofing components
- Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, safety equipment, and harnesses
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a roofer
- Extensive knowledge of different types of roofing materials such as shingles, tiles, metal, etc.
- Ability to read plans and blueprints for roof installation projects
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights using ladders and scaffolding
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
- Must have own tools (company will provide specialty tools)
- Must have a valid biometric passport (preferably Indian nationality)
- Available for immediate start
