Team Lead - Customer Service (Beer-Sheva, Israel)
Our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead for our customer service department in Beer-Sheva, Israel. This role will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, motivate their team, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all team members are providing excellent customer service and meeting performance targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the customer service department
- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role within a customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus
