Machine Operator - Bergen, Norway


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various types of machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a contract job with an attractive salary of 1100$ per week. Accommodation is not provided, so applicants must be able to commute to the city of Bergen for work.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Adhere to safety standards at all times
- Meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Machine Operator
- Proven ability to operate various types of machinery (e.g. CNC machines, presses, etc.)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed

Preferred qualifications:
- Relevant technical degree or certification in machine operation or related field
- Experience in manufacturing or production industry
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the workplace
