Job Title: Senior Back-End Developer

As a Senior Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex back-end systems for our company. You will work closely with our front-end developers and product managers to ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end components of our products. Your main goal will be to create efficient, scalable, and secure solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop back-end systems using languages such as Java or Python
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Write clean, well-documented code that is easy to maintain
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure data security and protection by implementing proper authentication and authorization protocols
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends related to back-end development
- Train and mentor junior developers as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in back-end development
- Proficiency in Java or Python programming language
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Knowledge of web server technologies such as Apache or Nginx
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Location: Las Vegas (Open to Kenyan candidates)

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
