Sales Representative


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Multan. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. Your main goal will be to increase sales and meet or exceed targets set by the company.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Maintain positive relationships with existing clients and identify their needs for upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and provide status reports to the management team
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' activities
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections from customers in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in using various sales techniques such as cold calling, networking, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Contract job:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of 1 year. The contract may be extended based on performance.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract period.

Location:
This position is based in Multan but may require occasional travel within Pakistan.
