Architectural Designer



As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing functional and aesthetically pleasing architectural plans and drawings. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to understand project requirements and develop innovative solutions. Your creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise will be essential in producing high-quality designs that meet building codes, regulations, and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop design concepts based on client needs and project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess site conditions
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to ensure designs meet structural requirements
- Prepare construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Review contractor bids and provide support during construction phase

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in creating architectural designs using CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to problem-solve
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software

Location:
This position is located in Bergen but we welcome applicants from all over the world.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this position.
