Architectural Designer - Contract Position (Bergen)



We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team in Bergen on a contract basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative design solutions for various projects, from concept to completion. Your main duties will include conducting research, developing drawings and renderings, and collaborating with other team members to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research and gather information on project requirements, site conditions, and client preferences
- Develop detailed drawings and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet project objectives and are feasible within budget constraints
- Create 3D models and visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas
- Prepare presentations for clients to showcase design proposals
- Conduct site visits to review progress and make necessary adjustments or revisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines

Salary:

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month.

Location:

This position is based in Bergen. Candidates must have their own valid visa or work permit.
