As an English Speaking Moderator for Freshers in Beer-Sheva, Israel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our online community. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor discussions and interactions within our online community to identify potential issues or violations of community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Enforce community guidelines by addressing any inappropriate behavior or content
- Collaborate with other moderators to develop and implement strategies to improve the overall user experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices regarding online communities

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
- Previous experience as a moderator or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
