Game Developer (English Speaking) - Izhevsk, Canada


We are seeking a talented Game Developer to join our team in Izhevsk, Canada. As a member of our dynamic and innovative company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality games for our English-speaking audience. You will work closely with the rest of our development team to create engaging and immersive gaming experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with game designers to understand game concepts and develop detailed technical plans
- Write efficient and well-documented code for game functionality using Unity or other game engines
- Collaborate with artists and animators to integrate graphics and audio into games
- Test and debug games to ensure they meet quality standards
- Continuously optimize game performance for different devices and platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to game development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in game development, preferably in mobile gaming
- Proficient in C# programming language
- Experience working with Unity or other game engines
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
- Experience working on multiplayer or online games
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software (e.g. Maya, Blender)
- Passion for gaming and knowledge of current trends in the industry
