Loader Supervisor


We are in need of a responsible and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our team in Porto. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the loading and unloading of products and materials, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading process
- Ensure that all products and materials are loaded safely and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning
- Resolve any issues or complaints from customers or loaders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Loader Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of loading procedures, equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to supervise a team effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy objects
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Certification in forklift operation
- Familiarity with inventory management systems

Salary: $900 per month.

Location: Porto, Portugal.

Accommodation: Accommodation may be provided if needed.

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience as a Loader Supervisor or 2 years as a Loader.

Freshers: Freshers with relevant education or training may also be considered.
