Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine) in Ufa, Russia


We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our Indian restaurant in Ufa, Russia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a profitable business.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staffing, training, inventory management, and customer service
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and maximize profits
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to menu standards
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Coordinate with marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events to attract customers
- Train and supervise staff on proper food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and customer service skills
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine setting
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine with the ability to oversee menu development
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Proven track record in driving sales and maximizing profits
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must have valid biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month
