We are currently hiring for a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead to join our growing team in Utena. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and ensuring the successful completion of all projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure high-quality work and timely project completion
- Develop project plans, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure goals are met
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and promote career growth
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA or Asana

This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month. This job is suitable for men who have prior experience in leadership roles.
