We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to lead our team at a prestigious fine dining restaurant in Karachi, Pakistan. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high-quality standards. Our ideal candidate has a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes using fresh, local ingredients.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create seasonal menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and culinary vision
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to high-quality standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including sous chefs, line cooks, and prep cooks
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency
- Develop relationships with local suppliers to source fresh ingredients for menu items
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area at all times
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining setting
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of kitchen staff members
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity and ability to develop new dishes while maintaining consistency in quality and presentation
- Strong understanding of food costs and ability to create cost-effective menus without compromising quality
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
This is an urgent job opportunity with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
