We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Karachi. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating high-quality dishes. Prior experience in a similar role is required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$. Accommodation will also be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan menus that meet customer preferences and budgetary requirements
- Oversee all food preparation and ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, health, and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistent standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the kitchen
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu development

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to create innovative menus while maintaining cost control measures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date with food trends and industry best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
