We are in search of an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to overseeing on-site operations and ensuring project completion within the given timeline.

As a Construction Manager, you will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and meet all quality standards. Your strong leadership skills will be essential in managing a team of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure their productivity and adherence to safety regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and possess excellent project management skills. A Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. Additionally, we are looking for candidates who have excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with different teams.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including timelines and budgets

Requirements:
