Location: Bansko, Bulgaria
Salary: 1500$ per month
We are hiring an Administrator to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. This is a contract position, perfect for students or individuals looking for flexible work arrangements. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Performing general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Maintaining and updating company databases and filing systems.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Providing support to other team members as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bulgarian language skills are a plus).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions:
This is a contract position that offers flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will be available to work 20 hours per week. Our office is located in Bansko, Bulgaria but remote work may be possible depending on the candidate's location.
