Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bansko. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain calendars for the team
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed
- Create, update, and maintain company databases and records
- Coordinate with different departments and assist with various tasks as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings
- Perform general clerical duties such as copying, scanning, filing, etc.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Bansko (remote work options may be available)
