Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Beer-Sheva. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your duties will include selecting contractors, negotiating contracts, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction management, strong leadership skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. Fluency in English is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so preference will be given to local candidates or those willing to relocate to Beer-Sheva. Nepali or Kenyan nationality is preferred, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply. Join our team and contribute your skills to the exciting world of construction management!
