Preservation Architect vacancy in Siauliai Lithuania

Preservation Architect (Indian Nationals Only)

As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in Siauliai, Lithuania. Your main duties will include conducting site visits and surveys, analyzing the condition of the structures, developing conservation plans, managing restoration projects, and collaborating with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and local authorities.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in preservation architecture
- Proficiency in English and Lithuanian languages
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to preservation work
- Familiarity with conservation techniques and materials

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits to historical buildings and structures to assess their condition
- Prepare reports detailing the findings of site visits and surveys
- Develop conservation plans that adhere to relevant laws and regulations
- Manage restoration projects from planning to completion while adhering to budget constraints
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure proper implementation of preservation plans
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions they may have

- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough site surveys

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Siauliai. The salary for this position is 1500$ per month. This position does not include accommodation. The job may require occasional travel within Lithuania.
