Call Center Representative (English Speaking) - Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are a leading call center company in Medina, Saudi Arabia and we are seeking highly motivated and skilled English-speaking individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow call center procedures and protocols at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email or live chat
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Building sustainable relationships with customers through open communication
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keeping records of all conversations and updating customer information in the database
- Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional and friendly service

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think on your feet
- Good listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required
