Senior Architect
We are hiring a Senior Architect to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various building projects. Your duties will include creating detailed plans, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all safety and building codes are met. You must have at least 5 years of experience in architecture and possess a thorough understanding of design principles, materials, and construction processes. A strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are also required.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Create detailed plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Make necessary adjustments to plans based on feedback from team members or clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools
- Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Preferred:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
