Our insurance company in Nairobi, Kenya is seeking an experienced Adjuster to join our team. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine coverage and settlement amounts. You will work closely with policyholders, attorneys, and other professionals to ensure fair and timely resolution of claims.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims by gathering information from policyholders, witnesses, and other relevant sources
- Evaluate claim information to determine coverage and liability
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives
- Assess damages and determine appropriate settlement amounts
- Maintain accurate records of claim files and documentation
- Communicate with policyholders, attorneys, and other professionals throughout the claims process
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Adjuster in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies and coverage limitations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle high stress situations and maintain a calm demeanor
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Proficient in computer software programs such as Microsoft Office

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.

This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya. We welcome candidates of any nationality who are fluent in English.
