Job Title: Team Lead - Operations Management



We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Atlanta. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our company. This includes supervising and supporting a team of employees, setting goals and targets, and ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
