Network and Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our network and systems infrastructure. This includes maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, implementing security measures, and ensuring efficient operation of all systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software
- Ensure security measures are in place to protect the company's data
- Manage user accounts and permissions on all systems
- Provide technical support to employees as needed
- Maintain backups of all critical data
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in network and systems administration
- Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Proficient in Windows Server operating system
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Los Angeles (Indians preferred)

This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.
