We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Los Angeles. As our Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our computer networks and systems, ensuring their smooth and secure functioning. You will work closely with our IT team to troubleshoot any issues that arise, as well as proactively monitor our networks for potential problems. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer networks and systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Maintain system security by implementing various security measures
- Conduct regular backups of data to ensure its safety
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient operation of all systems
- Provide technical support to end users when necessary
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Proficient in network administration (Cisco, Juniper) and system administration (Windows, Linux)
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and security protocols (VPN, SSH)
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary: $1400 per month
