Junior Construction Manager


A dynamic construction company in Karachi is seeking a Junior Construction Manager to join our growing team. As the Junior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and supervision of various construction projects. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and management of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure that it stays on schedule and within budget
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites
- Assist with managing and training junior staff members
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Prepare project reports and update senior management on progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
