Preservation Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving historic buildings and sites while also ensuring they meet modern safety and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of historic buildings and sites
- Developing preservation plans and strategies for each project
- Overseeing restoration and renovation work on historic structures
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to complete projects
- Conducting research on historical architecture and materials
- Providing recommendations for maintaining the integrity of historic buildings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture with a focus on historic preservation
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of historical architecture styles, materials, and techniques
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal preservation regulations
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Salary:
Salary for this position is competitive at 1300$ per month.

Location:
The position is based in Fonvieille. Relocation assistance is not available, so preference will be given to candidates already residing in or willing to relocate to Fonvieille.
