As our Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry department, from recipe development to production and presentation. Your creativity and expertise will be showcased in our menu offerings and daily specials. You will work closely with the bakery owner to develop new recipes and concepts, ensuring that our bakery remains at the forefront of the industry.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, preferably in a high-end or fine dining establishment. You should have a strong understanding of baking techniques and be able to create both classic and innovative desserts. As this is a leadership role, previous experience managing a team is also required.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for someone who is passionate about their craft and has an eye for detail. You should have excellent time management skills and be able to work efficiently under pressure. A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others are also essential qualities we are seeking.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new recipes and menu items
- Oversee the production of all baked goods
- Train and manage kitchen staff
- Ensure quality control of all products
- Order supplies as needed
- Create daily specials based on seasonal ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques
- Ability to create both classic and innovative desserts
- Experience managing a team
- Positive attitude with excellent time management skills

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
