Welder
We are currently seeking skilled welders to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a welder, you will be responsible for using various welding techniques to join metal parts together, as well as inspecting and repairing existing welded structures. You must have a strong understanding of welding principles and be able to read and interpret technical plans and blueprints. Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with no prior experience. This is a physically demanding job and candidates must be able to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. Women and individuals from India are encouraged to apply. As a welder, your main duties will include setting up and operating welding equipment, ensuring proper safety protocols are followed at all times, and accurately measuring and cutting materials according to specifications. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, as well as reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills are also necessary for collaborating effectively with other team members on projects. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with vocational training in welding techniques.
