Merchandiser Coordinator



As a Merchandiser Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the product placement and presentation in retail stores in Plovdiv. Your main objective will be to increase sales and customer engagement by ensuring the best visual representation of products.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and promote brand image.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create appealing displays that attract customers.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper implementation of merchandising plans.
- Train and supervise store staff on proper product placement and display techniques.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product assortment based on customer demand.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for creating reports and analyzing data.
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
