Entry Level Excavator Operator - Utena, Lithuania

Our construction company in Utena is seeking an Entry Level Excavator Operator to join our team. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, and grade earth or other materials according to project specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Requirements:
- Valid excavator operator license/certification
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator in a safe and efficient manner according to project specifications
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Follow safety procedures at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project progress and any issues that may arise
- Maintain clean work area and properly store equipment at the end of each shift

This is an excellent opportunity for someone without prior experience in excavation looking to start their career in the construction industry. We provide on-the-job training for our entry level operators. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must be able to arrange their own housing.
