Excavator Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Utena. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, load, and move materials at construction sites. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of experience as an Excavator Operator and a valid license to operate heavy machinery. Additionally, you must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and no English language skills are required. However, fluency in Lithuanian or Russian would be an advantage. Accommodation will not be provided, so the candidate should have their own accommodation in or near Utena.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other areas as instructed
- Load and unload materials using the excavator
- Perform regular maintenance on the excavator to ensure its proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with other team members on the construction site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator for at least 3 years
- Valid license to operate heavy machinery
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Basic understanding of construction techniques and methods
- Excellent communication skills (Lithuanian or Russian would be an advantage)
- Flexibility to work long hours if necessary
