Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine
We are a renowned restaurant located in Jizan, seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef in Indian cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking authentic Indian dishes and must be able to create innovative and delicious menus that will excite our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct the preparation of all dishes on the menu, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they follow proper food safety and sanitation standards.
- Create new recipes while keeping up with current food trends.
- Source high-quality ingredients and maintain inventory levels.
- Develop cost-effective menus while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, scheduling shifts, and managing budgets.
- Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant's cuisine.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in Indian cuisine for at least 5 years.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, cooking techniques, and traditional dishes.
- Ability to lead a team and manage a busy kitchen.
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, management, and customers.
- Good understanding of food cost control measures to ensure profitability of the restaurant.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Culinary degree preferred.
- Valid food handling certificate or equivalent.
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
