Merchandiser
Location: Al Buraymi, Oman
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and marketed in the most effective way possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit retail stores to ensure that our products are displayed correctly and in accordance with company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or issues to management
- Implement visual merchandising techniques to create attractive product displays
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events or campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for product placement
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to effectively promote our products
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling points
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product assortment and pricing strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual presentation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Must be fluent in English
- Filipino nationality preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
