Office Assistant for English-speaking Company in Siauliai
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant for our English-speaking company in Siauliai. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for a Malayalee or foreigner with excellent English language skills to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the team
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Help with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members when needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Siauliai. Accommodation will not be provided.
