Job Title: Loader Supervisor


We are seeking a Loader Supervisor to join our team in Bungoma, Pakistan. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with experience in loading and unloading materials, as well as supervisory skills. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of loaders and ensuring that all materials are properly loaded onto trucks and other vehicles. This role requires physical strength and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of loaders and assign tasks accordingly
- Ensure that all materials are loaded safely and efficiently onto trucks and other vehicles
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment used for loading
- Train new loaders on proper loading procedures
- Maintain inventory of materials and report any shortages or damages
- Communicate with truck drivers to ensure timely loading and unloading
- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a loader or similar position
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
