We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Entry-Level Turner to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the production of metal parts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone without experience in the field to gain valuable skills and start a career as a Turner.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines such as lathes, drills, and milling machines to shape metal parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the correct dimensions and tolerances for each part
- Inspect finished parts for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operation
- Keep accurate records of production output and materials used
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, but technical training or certification in turning is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Basic understanding of mathematical concepts such as angles, measurements, and conversions
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work consistently
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
