Our restaurant in Shan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including managing staff, controlling inventory and costs, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, schedule and manage staff to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Oversee inventory management and control costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and specials
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and meet customer expectations
- Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to identify any maintenance or operational needs
- Prepare reports on sales, budgeting, staffing, and other key performance indicators

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
