Mason Supervisor



We are currently in search of a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure that all projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of masons, providing guidance and support as needed
- Inspect work in progress to ensure that it meets project specifications and quality standards
- Train new masons and provide ongoing training for current employees to improve skills and techniques
- Monitor inventory levels of materials and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Collaborate with project managers to develop work plans and schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members to maintain positive working relationships

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in masonry work, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of various masonry techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Knowledge of safety regulations in the construction industry
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Must be physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
