Merchandiser - Hawalli, Kuwait (Pakistani Nationals Preferred)


We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our products in various retail stores across the city. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products are displayed attractively and effectively to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores on a regular basis to assess product availability and display
- Maintain good relationships with store owners and staff to ensure optimal product placement
- Set up promotional displays and arrange products according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or issues with the sales team
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing product visibility and sales
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective product placement and promotion
- Good knowledge of different merchandising techniques and principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
