Sales Manager - Hawalli, Kuwait (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving revenue growth for our company. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1100$ per month. Indian nationals with sales experience are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
