Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team in Muscat. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This position requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and physical stamina. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required. This role is suitable for men and does not require any previous experience or accommodation. Having a biometric passport is essential as this position requires travel. Fluent English language skills are also preferred. As a Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

- Setting up machines according to specifications provided by the production team
- Operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments
- Conducting regular quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Troubleshooting any issues that arise during production
- Maintaining proper documentation of production processes and reporting any malfunctions or defects
- Ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
- Technical proficiency and ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Excellent communication skills in English (preferred)
- Biometric passport (required)
