Dietitian - Nutrition Counselor


We are a leading healthcare organization based in Atlanta, seeking a highly motivated and skilled Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian - Nutrition Counselor, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition counseling and education to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for patients
- Develop personalized nutrition plans based on individual needs and dietary restrictions
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes to improve their overall health
- Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide integrated care for patients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dietitian, preferably in a clinical setting
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and evidence-based practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are an asset
