We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Ufa. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information and guidance on our products and services
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards clients at all times
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate team
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
