Insurance Claims Adjuster
As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims to determine the extent of the insurer's liability. You will work with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and evidence related to the claim. Your main objective will be to accurately assess the damages and negotiate settlements in a timely manner. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into insurance claims
- Evaluate damages and determine coverage based on policy terms
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information
- Analyze evidence and documentation to determine liability
- Negotiate settlements with claimants in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all claim activities
- Provide support for litigation proceedings when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of experience as an insurance adjuster or in a similar role
- Knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and procedures
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

This position offers a salary of $1000 per month (or equivalent currency) along with potential bonuses based on performance. This is a part-time position located in Dubrovnik, Croatia. While English language proficiency is not required for this role, it is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided for this position.
