We are seeking a skilled Insurance Adjuster to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As an adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and assessing insurance claims to determine their validity and extent of coverage. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into insurance claims by interviewing claimants, witnesses, and reviewing relevant documents
- Assess the extent of coverage and determine if the claim is valid
- Analyze complex information and make fair and accurate decisions regarding claim settlements
- Negotiate with policyholders or their legal representatives to reach a reasonable settlement
- Prepare detailed reports documenting the investigation process and findings
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and changes in insurance policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Adjuster or similar role
- Knowledge of insurance laws, policies, procedures, and ethics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
